Zapping turf pests with UV-C light

Another project I am helping with is Rhenac Sports LED, with another physical, non-chemcial control of turf fungal diseases. This 6m tractor mounted UV-C device can also be purchased as a 3m wide pedestrian version. UV-C light damages the DNA of fungal pathogens, and the grass is not damaged but stimulated to produce anit-stress reactions that result in more growth.
